Robert was great. He took the time to answer any questions I had before confirming my appointment. Once I arrived at the location, he introduced himself and explained the whole process. He explained everything step by step as he completed each one. I really appreciate his kindness and patience.

The price was fair, and the deal was executed quickly. However, getting paid was delayed for more than a day due to myriad reasons on their part. During this time communication was almost non-existent, and I was forced to call their headquarters to get it finalized. While I would use them again if their price was competitive, I would pass on the Zelle payment option and just get a check, which is what I ended up getting from them a day later.

What a waste of time!! They gave an offer online 16,800, I drove from NC 30 minutes, oh boy even though representatives were nice and polite, their company proccess is horrible, they were checking car for two hours, checking the paint, connected some tool, drove, asking me thousands questions, and came back 11,200$ because of previous something plus some stuff did not even understand what it got to do with me or this sale. Anyway, couldn't agree on anything, and I left disappointed, having wasted almost 3 hours back and forth. I went straight to Carmax, they checked the car for 10 minutes, gave me an offer 16,500$ we signed the paperwork another 15 minutes, gave us a check, and done. I would not recommend this place.
