I had a great experience with IVI Motors Inc. I shopped around before buying and couldn’t believe the deal I got. I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima for about half of its ACV value, and the car has been great. The staff was honest, easy to work with, and didn’t pressure me into anything. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle at one of the best prices in town, I’d definitely recommend checking them out. I’ll be coming back when it’s time for my next car.

This is the ONLY used car dealership that doesn’t feel, seem, or ACT like the rest in this industry! And this is the ONLY used car salesman that doesn’t sell you a car like used car salesmen sell you! Used car dealership is known to be hustlers, no transparency, only after their commission! You will feel so LUCKY that you’re talking to a real, genuine person that GENUINELY puts your interests in front of their own! Newer business which came from 20 yrs of building others’ business 3-4x, so they’re focused on reputation & word of mouth! And trust me they got this mouth talking! ❤️ 🚗

Went to look at a car and ended up buying. Vehicle was nice and stuff was pleasant to deal with. Happy with my purchase, definitely recommend it.

We found a vehicle on marketplace listed by this dealer, the guy called and ask if we would put a deposit to hold it so we did. $400 we went down two days later and went through everything for financing and the lender kept coming back with more stipulations, ultimately it didn't work out. When we ask for our deposit back he said no. Then ask should you get it back? We left upset and they called the law. The vehicle we were looking at had the engine light on and 6 or 7 codes showing up. I would be very careful trying to do business with this dealer! While we were there a customer came in and stated she'd paid cash for her car a few weeks ago and had already had to spend 700 dollars on it. Probably the same shape we would've been in if we'd gotten the vehicle. SMH

We called their business to ask about availability of a car. They didn't answer, but Car Gurus said it was. Their AI textbot made an appt. For us to drive it. We drove two hours to find the car was sold. Bad customer service all around.
