⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best car-buying experience I've ever had! I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted, but JOE Medina took the time to explain the pros and cons of every option and helped me find the perfect fit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He stayed late to help with paperwork, showed us how to use the car's features, and even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. It's clear that he truly cares about his customers and loves what he does. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

My father (age 82) and I had a wonderful experience with sales consultant Mike Rivera as he was able facilitate an awesome deal with a new upgraded Tacoma TRD Sport with no increase in payments even though there was negative equity in the old lease vehicle. The dealership itself may look impeccable, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come here, I feel ignored and disrespected. On my last visit, I arrived a little early for my appointment and was forced to wait outside for 20 minutes while my car was the only one there. There were multiple employees sitting behind the desk, yet not a single person had the courtesy to greet me, acknowledge me, or ask what I needed. I eventually had to walk inside myself and ask if anyone was even going to help me with my car maintenance. This has happened on most of my visits, and I’m beyond frustrated with the way Toyota Rock Hill treats customers. It honestly feels like the representatives judge people based on the type of car they drive or even their ethnicity, and that is unacceptable. I’m tired of being treated this way. After this experience, I will never come back to Toyota Rock Hill again.

Beware - Can’t recommend getting a a pre-purchase inspection done enough from this place. They will hide some sketchy stuff… Came here for a used car, negotiated to a solid OTD price, ready to move forward… The salesman, Boris, was trying to every trick to keep me from taking the car to my mechanic for an inspection. The usual - “trust me, we take pride in our cars, we’ll always make it right”. Gave me a bad feeling in my gut. Thankful I took the vehicle for an inspection where they spotted an unsafe epoxy patch on the fuel tank. I expected the dealership to be accommodating and understanding, was absolutely shocked when they refused to fix or admit there was an issue. I called around, couldn’t find anyone who said they recommend anything other than a tank replacement. (I’m sure the dealership will respond claiming it was a safe and appropriate repair, I prefer to let my trusted mechanic make those decisions…) To make matters worse, Boris was highly unprofessional and eventually raised his voice towards my wife. We were done at that point. I’m thankful that the GM, Dan, stepped in to meet in the middle for the repair bill.
