I had such a great experience buying my car from Chasen Auto! Matt and Valentina were friendly, honest, and never made me feel pressured at any point during the process. They answered all of my questions, were transparent about pricing, and made everything smooth from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, clean, and in excellent condition. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the vehicles they sell. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and an easy, stress-free buying experience!

I went into this dealership and was greeted by Tina and her super friendly fur baby, Jessie. I honestly waited a while before leaving this review because I was expecting the worst to happen at any moment — like the car suddenly not starting, the alternator giving out, the motor exploding, or the airbags randomly deploying… basically something to support some of the negative reviews I had seen in the past. Well… it’s been seven months, and my car is still running perfectly. A small part of me almost wishes I had something to complain about just so this review wouldn’t sound computer-generated, but I genuinely love my vehicle. The customer service here was incredible, and they helped me in ways that larger dealerships probably wouldn’t have even tried to. Thank you all so much for the incredible work you did to get me exactly what I wanted. Jessie deserves a raise too.

Matt and Valentina are THE BEST! We will never go anywhere else to buy a car! From the time we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted and helped above our expectation. They worked with us and the process was very smooth. I couldn’t recommend them more!
