I drove two and a half hours to look at the car I was interested in When I got to Hudson Nissan in charleston. I was greeted by the owner. My sales person Robert was awesome. He explained everything to me concerning that vehicle. He answered all of my concerns. He made me feel that I was making a good choice to purchase that vehicle which I did. When we set to talk with the finance person he was awesome as well. Hudson Nissan family took care of me and I will refer them to anyone. What a awesome group of people.

From start to finish, Patrick demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, providing timely updates and clear communication every step of the way. I had built a great rapport with my previous service advisor, Tim, so I was disappointed when he was no longer handling my service. Fortunately, I was assigned to Jeff, and he has been fantastic. He kept me informed, provided excellent customer service, and made the whole experience easy. He's just as great as Tim, if not better! Because of Jeff, I'll definitely continue bringing my vehicle to Hudson Nissan of North Charleston.

I had an outstanding experience with the service team at Nissan of North Charleston, especially Jake and Patrick. I originally came in for a routine oil change, but during the inspection they discovered that my tie rods needed to be replaced. Thankfully, the repair was covered under warranty. Jake went above and beyond working with the warranty company, which wasn't an easy process. Even though I had a very long wait just to get answers (not even for the repair itself), he kept me informed, was incredibly patient, and did everything he could to make the experience as smooth as possible. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Jake was off, and Patrick stepped right in without missing a beat. He provided the same exceptional level of service, made the pickup process quick and seamless, and even replaced the battery in my key fob after noticing it was running low. It's rare to find a service department that truly makes you feel taken care of from start to finish. Huge thanks to both Jake and Patrick for their outstanding customer service. I purchased my 2022 Nissan Sentra from this dealership new. Unfortunately, over the past several years, I've had repeated service issues that have caused me to lose confidence in their workmanship and quality control. Some of the problems I've experienced include: • After a rearview mirror sensor replacement, the speed limit display on my dashboard no longer worked because a component had not been reconnected correctly. It took multiple visits before the issue was resolved. • Oil changes have consistently taken 1½–2 hours, even with appointments. On one visit, my engine began producing heavy black smoke shortly after I left the dealership because the old oil had not been drained before new oil was added. I had to return to have the mistake corrected. • In approximately three years of ownership, my vehicle has had four sets of front axles installed. The most recent set is already beginning to make noise again. I was told the repeated failures could be related to the parts or my driving, but after so many replacements, I remain concerned that the underlying problem has not been identified. • After the tie rod recall repair, my car immediately developed a new front-end noise. I returned to the dealership and was told my steering rack needed replacement and that it was unrelated to the recall repair. When inspecting the vehicle afterward, I found the steering rack boot was no longer secured in its original manner and had been fastened with zip ties instead (see attached photo). This significantly reduced my confidence in the repair. • During attempts to diagnose front-end noise, additional components—including a motor mount, a strut, and another set of axles—were replaced. The strut has since required replacement again. • In July 2026, I had the dealership mount a used tire onto my spare wheel. When another tire shop later removed that tire, they found a long gouge on the inner sidewall extending through the tire cords, along with a sidewall bubble. I was informed the tire was unsafe to use. • Also in July 2026, I returned after discovering my engine oil had been overfilled following an oil change. After waiting approximately 90 minutes past my appointment, I was informed that work on my vehicle was only then beginning. Everyone makes mistakes, but what concerns me is the repeated pattern of problems over multiple years and multiple repair visits. Based on my personal experience, I can no longer recommend this dealership's service department. I hope my experience helps other customers make an informed decision.
