The whole process took less than two hours, and we are extremely pleased with the vehicle. The 6-month/6,000-mile warranty that came with it is significantly better than what we saw at other dealerships. I see all these positive reviews and I have had FAR from a positive experience with this place. My wife purchased a car from them months ago and every single time she goes there, there is an issue. The issues are never real issues, the owner (the lady) is so "anxious" and seemingly racist that she damn near tries to tow the car every single time she goes, or has some tideous problem like my wife doing door dash in that car, dispite the payments being up to date and no violations of contract. SHE verbally expesses her anxitey as being the reason for her responses and unnesessary actions towards my wife, who 9 times out of 10 has our autistic toddler with her and wants to go home. Exteremly unprofessional and discriminatory!
