The sales representative named Wes at the North Charleston sc location went above and beyond to ensure we had not only a pleasant experience, but a positive outcome. I have purchased several cars from enterprise in the past WES by far has been the best encounter I have ever had. He deserves recognition AND potentially even a raise for the value of customer service he brings even as a salesman.

I highly recommend Hakeem Rhodes from the North Charleston site for a promotion, a raise, and corporate recognition! 10/10 stars, top tier customer service. Within minutes of submitting an application, Hakeem reached out to get the process started. I wasn’t ready for such quick contact so I was a little distracted but Hakeem was patient and offered several layers and options of comfort before getting started. Over the phone, He was procedurally proficient explaining each step and checking to make sure I understood before moving on to the next matter. In person, his professionalism and kind confidence merely extended my experience with him on the phone. He was organized and well prepared which made the car buying process extremely efficient which is such a great sign that he respects his customer’s time. Bonus: he was very easy to talk to! It was like talking to a cousin or something. It is with sincere gratitude that I hope Hakeem continues to have a successful career wherever he may land. I had a great experience with my car salesman Gabriel. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. He didn’t pressure me at all and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. UPDATED REVIEW...DAY 29 AFTER PURCHASE-- My salesman has moved back to rentals and my Rogue has now been in the shop twice for repairs in excess of $500 each! The first was not covered by my warranty but the dealership did reimburse me for my expense after my complaint. The second repair - a major transmission issue! Was covered under warranty but the vehicle was in the shop for over 2 weeks. The warranty company wouldn't pay for a rental until after the repair was "approved" and then only covered the day it was being worked on (not all the days it was being looked at, waiting for their warranty adjuster and then in process. I called my dealership (North Charleston) and was told there was nothing they could do! When purchasing this vehicle it was explained that this warranty covered a rental while your vehicle was out of service, which I explained to the manager. I was told that because I was out of state there was no way they could help me with a rental. I told them Enterprise rentals was in NH as well and that was who I planned on using, and why couldn't they contact them directly to help. They said they would call them and get me the corporate rate of $30 per day but that's all they would do. So in the end I'm over $500 in derby for rental fees associated with this repair for a vehicle I've had for 29 days! I'm NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! And to top everything off...I paid CASH for this vehicle and did not get given the title at time of purchase and they can't seem to get the titling correct in order for me to register it yet! I'm going to be unable to drive it here in a couple more days as I'll have expired plates. THIS IS NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR ENTERPRISE! Jeffrey Key, Sales Consultant was amazing! He worked with my father (as my agent) getting what I wanted while I traveled down from NH. Jeff found me just the right vehicle! He made the purchasing process so easy and stress free. My 2023 Nissan Rogue is beyond my expectations. Jeff's attention to details, customer service skills, and willingness to strive for his customer's satisfaction is genuine and 100%.
