My experience with right choice and Randy was phenomenal. I've never bought a car online from another state but he made it very easy. Understandable and was very honest Randy was very personable and knowledgeable of his cars and the business I enjoyed working with him

I got my car serviced there this week. My car needed control arms and a wheel hub bearing. It was also fairly priced! Randy is an amazing guy! He was honest and down to earth! Turn over time was also great. The mechanic even stayed late to make sure I had my car back sooner! 100% recommend! Definitely the right choice for service.

This was our first time coming to Right Choice Automotive after being referred by a friend. We arrived very anxious as we all can agree, car buying is never a fun time. Boy were we wrong! It was so nice to have someone so helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. Randy was the most kind, genuine, honest and patient gentleman (Car Salesman/Manager) we have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. Let’s just say we won the GOLDEN TICKET 🎫 What a pleasurable experience that we had, in fact, we could not have been happier. We found the exact car we came to look at. The owner, was even on sight and part of our car buying experience. They service all their vehicles on sight. They also offered an excellent service package to extend the warranty and all we have to do is bring the vehicle here. For everything! ⭐☆☆☆☆ My boyfriend and I purchased a car from here less than a year ago, and it has been one of the worst financial decisions we’ve ever made. Less than a month after buying it, the vehicle started having serious issues. Since then, the engine has had to be replaced not once, but TWICE! During the first six months of ownership, the car spent more time sitting at the dealership for repairs than it did in our driveway. My boyfriend was left without reliable transportation for months while still being expected to make payments on a vehicle he couldn’t even drive. The owner seemed nice enough during the sales process, but unfortunately that hasn’t translated into a positive ownership experience. Now we’re dealing with yet another round of problems. Thankfully we purchased the warranty, but it’s hard to see the value in it when the huge issues keep happening and we can’t even get anyone on the phone. We’ve called at least six times over the past week, and every call has been forwarded to a voicemail box that is full. Overall, if you’re looking for a dependable vehicle and responsive customer service after the sale, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience has been nothing but frustration, repairs, and unanswered calls.

I brought my truck in for what was supposed to be a simple service visit. The vehicle had been reliable for years and had no major mechanical issues. A few days after picking it up, I noticed strange knocking sounds coming from the engine. Soon after, warning lights appeared on the dashboard and the vehicle began losing power. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told it was probably unrelated. Over the next week, the noises got worse until the engine failed completely while I was driving. I was stranded on the side of the road and had to pay for towing, diagnostics, and eventually a replacement engine. What was most disappointing wasn't just the financial loss—it was the complete lack of accountability. Every conversation felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than investigate what happened. I spent thousands of dollars correcting a problem that appeared immediately after their service visit. To make matters worse, communication was inconsistent, phone calls went unanswered, and I was repeatedly told someone would call me back only to hear nothing. What started as a routine maintenance appointment turned into one of the most stressful automotive experiences of my life. I would strongly encourage anyone considering service here to document everything, save all paperwork, and think carefully before trusting this dealership with their vehicle.
