Tim was a great guy to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about what he does & made you feel like a friend he’s known for a long time. There was no pressure dealing with him like at big dealerships. My daughter & I had a great experience at Palmetto Auto Sales & she is driving what she was looking for & wanted for a while. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I would like to share my experience and say although it wasnt the best scenario, the Owner, Joey Russell, was awesome to deal with. I bought a 2017 Roush F150, that I found out was on consignment. I drove from VA to SC to get the truck. On my way back home the truck had some issues that arose. I notified the dealership and called the warranty company. I might add the dealership gave me a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty at no cost to me. The warranty covered up to $1000. The bill was more than that. Mr. Russell asked to see the quote from the shop I took it to and called and discussed with me. And at the end of the day he came out of pocket, on a vehicle that wasnt truly his, and made things right. I truly believe in paying it forward when it deserves, so if anyone reads this and has any hesitation about anything, I hope this review eliminates those hesitations. Mr. Russell and his dealership would have looked at and worked on the vehicle as he offered, I just lived 2 states away. Thanks for standing behind your name and "your" product. Highly recommend going to them.

My experience here was great! The entire process was smooth from the moment I walked in. Tim was primarily whom I dealt with and he was friendly, extremely helpful, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very straightforward. I also spoke with Joey the owner and let me tell you that they went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car. I am so happy with my purchase (2017 Hyundai Elantra). They provided excellent customer service, so if you are looking into purchasing a vehicle, please check them out. I highly recommend this place!
