Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had when buying a car. Spoke with 3+ salesmen and they couldnt even verify if the car was there or would be there that was posted on their site. Refused to answer basic quesitons about pricing and provide carfax. Took days of calling to try to get a sales manager to answer after telling recpeption that he wouldnt answer they just put him on and he was no help either. Said he would provide info then never did. Really just sketchy business. Wouldnt recommend dealing with them at all for anything. If they cant answer a normal call are they going to take care of you during/after purchase? Only leaving one star because its the minimum. They deserve negative if possible. I just wanted to buy the car posted at or near book value.
