We had a very good experience buying a 2015 Dodge Journey from 1st Choice for my wife's cousin who lives here in Columbia. Tracy, a low key guy working there, was very helpful to us and nice to deal with without being pushy. The business owner was a real car guy with a great attitude. If you're looking to buy from smooth talkers working out of a nice showroom selling overpriced vehicles, don't go to 1st Choice.
I bought a 2013 Kia from them a few years ago and they tea helped us in a lot of ways. Now I’m looking for a suv from them and hoping to trade ours in. We have put a lot of money into it. It’s a 6 speed and I’m sure a young person would love it.
10/10. This place went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they give me viable information on the buying process and walk me through each step, but they got me in a super reliable vehicle remarkably fast. I can confidently say this will be my 1st choice always when purchasing or financing a vehicle.
Awesome place. Great affordable deals. Wonderful customer service. Definitely will come back again.
Sold my family and I a busted Avalon with a serious head gasket issue, couldn’t even drive it off the lot without it overheating with each drive. Ruined our credit and took advantage of a college kid in need of reliable transportation with family in separate state. Would not recommend these guys are shady and will spend more time flirting with women half their age than being honest about the quality of their vehicles. We returned the car to them and ended up having to purchase an entirely separate car through Carvana.
