I must say I am thoroughly impressed with this dealership. Overall one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Ryan Ferry was an outstanding, professional, personable and knowledgable sales person. Not only did he answer all of our questions but he went above and beyond to accommodate our experience. Nick Schwartz made all the paperwork seamless, offered even more extended knowledge and worked with us diligently to get us the vehicle we wanted. We were not pressured at all but more of made aware of how buying and owning a Lincoln is a benefit more than a hassle compared to other brands. I would rate them above 5 stars if I could. They both spent hours with us making sure we were happy with our Aviator inside and out. Ryan hand detailed the car himself before we purchased. I simply cannot thank them enough.

I had an absolutely Amazing experience. The gentleman I worked with was great never felt pressure. Showed options found something that worked for me. I had choices and didn’t feel the usual car dealership pressure. I got an Aviator, I went thinking I wanted a Navigator but after explaining my needs and wants Ryan Ferry suggested the Aviator which was less expensive than the Navigator, finally nice to have a sales person listen and not over sell me. The Aviator is a wonderful car and I am so happy! If you are looking for a great experience and a great car I would suggest Palmetto Lincoln ask for Ryan Ferry!
