I cannot recommend Cool Motor Company enough, Doug was helpful, attentive, and most of all sticks to his word. I traveled all the way from Connecticut to buy this 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. This was my son’s first vehicle purchase on his own and the experience was great! They got him financed and made sure he got the best deal!
The best car buying experience ever my car broke down on me on a Wednesday and doug had me in a like new truck by Friday. Would absolutely recommend to any first time buyers. There is absolutely nobody better.
Doug was great! Personable and honest. Made purchasing a vehicle stress free. We found out through talking with him that he has been in the business for years and years. The vehicle was reasonably priced as we did some homework before beginning to look. There were a few minor dings in hood. He was going to have his tech take out dings. But, on further inspection the imperfections were on a crease which would be difficult. Because he said he would do this and couldn't he ordered a bug reflector for the truck to match the window vent shades. Doug didn't have to do this. He could have said....sorry can't fix the ding and send us on our way. Instead, he made it right. For us he gave us his word and followed through with exceptional customer service. We will definitely tell our friends and family who may be in the market for a used vehicle to check out Cook Motor and Doug!
