It's clear customer service matters to this service department. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. All of the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner and was done well. I felt like the recommendations were reasonable. Overall, this was a great experience.

Really is nice to see a company and staff still seeing the value of providing a equality customer service experience. My service advisor Paul was extremely patient answering my endless questions and keeping me up to speed on the status of my service appointment. He set reasonable expectations on why the service might take some time and possibly might lead into a second day, but stayed on top of things getting my suv back the same day. I sincerely appreciated that and was impressed with his commitment, especially as a younger staff member. Definitely raised right and trained well. Thank you!

Needed my F250 inspected and i had the pleasure of meeting Eric DeFalco who was my service advisor. Not only he, but the staff as a whole was extremely friendly and happy to help. The technicians were professional and thorough. They have definitely earned my business in the future. Another shout out to Eric, never do i enjoy having to bring a vehicle to a service center but he really made it a good part of my day.
