The salesman rightly opted to not sell us a car with problems that hadn’t been fixed. For that we are grateful and give credit where it's due. However, the car is still listed online at the same 'this week only' sale price —just with a higher original price. Likely a profit tactic typical at dealerships. Bottom line: issues are known but not addressed, so buyers beware and ask questions.

Loving our new Lincoln. When I saw this Lincoln with only 23k miles and all wheel drive online, we wanted to look at in person. We met Bill at the dealership, took it for a road test and fell in love with it. We have had it for two weeks and still loving it. Thankyou Bill and Mindy for making this happen. Well it has been about almost 4 months 6000 miles. Unfortunately things turned for the worst. My main screen failed. Needed a module and then an upgrade due to the new module. Almost $2300.00. The heat and a/c controls failed. Now needs an interface panel. Quoted $1200.00. Heavy skip in engine. New coils, plugs, TB service and gasket, Intake service and gasket. $1500.00. Now Transmission acting up. Waiting on quote. Service facility said there is evidence that the car had a fire at some point, leaving some residual damage. Rust under seats and dash due to water damage as well. I can go on but this tells the story. Very disappointing.

If I could give a - ⭐️ I would . Bought a used Hyundai there, total POS . After not even 3 months, it’s not drivable. It’s been in a local shop for over a week with electrical problems . Never again.

I strongly caution anyone considering buying a car here. Like another reviewer mentioned (and I wish I had seen their review sooner), my experience has been awful. I purchased a car in November and was assured there were no issues. Shortly after, problems began to arise. It took them a week just to schedule a time to look at my car, and then they kept it for two days. When I got it back, the issues were significantly worse. They made my car even worse. I’ve tried contacting the owner via email and phone, but he hasn’t responded. Now, I’m left with a car in terrible condition and have to find someone else to fix the damage they caused. Plus the mechanic/shop they use is a disaster, and their service is unprofessional. This place is horrible, the people are rude, and they seem more interested in $$$ than providing reliable vehicles. Avoid this place at all costs!
