Chris at Dormans Auto Sales made my car-buying experience extremely easy and stress-free. I had been searching at several different dealerships before coming here, and none of the salesmen I dealt with were as patient as Chris. I also didn’t find any other dealership that had cars as affordable, as nice, and with such low miles. From the moment I arrived, Chris was kind, informative, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me plenty of time to test drive different cars and patiently answered all of my questions while I made my decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and doesn’t just want to make a sale. Chris is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the financing process. He walked me through the loan approval and was able to get me a great rate, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing and takes the time to make sure everything is explained. Overall, it was a great experience. Because of Chris, I’ll definitely be going back to Dormans Auto Sales for any future car purchases, and I’ll be recommending him to my friends and family as well.

After my car was involved in an accident and towed to their yard, John Martins took care of everything. He made the entire process seamless, from working with my insurance to fixing my car to perfection. The quality of service was outstanding, and their prices were very reasonable. John even arranged a rental car for me at a great rate while my car was being repaired. I honestly appreciated their attention to detail and customer care, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Just purchased a used car with Chris at Dorman’s in Pawtucket. It was hassle free and he was very friendly. He is not seem like the traditional pushy car dealership people I have dealt with in the past.
