This isn't my first car, but it is the first car that I personally have had to purchase. I was really nervous about a variety of things, but Brad from Shannon Motors made it such a great and seamless experience. He was never pushy, and I never got the vibe that he was trying to scam or upsell me (I just say this because I feel like most people are leery of car salesmen). He gave me a list of cars that fit my price range (probably about 7-9 options, which was more than I was thinking would be available), and answered me and my friend's plethora of questions regarding the vehicle itself, and the contract. I wound up going with a 2014 Camry, and I could not be happier with the vehicle! He assured me that the cars purchased by Shannon get new tires, brakes, and an oil change, and it's inspected through January of 2027, so I have peace of mind in that area as well. I'd highly recommend Shannon Motors (specifically the location in Woonsocket -- I personally had a really off putting conversation with Ed from Johnston and I was not a fan) for any of your car shopping, and/or if you're dealing with lower credit just due to bad decisions from your youth!
I needed a car, made a phone call, filled out an app and came down 40 minutes before closing. Brad fixed me up with a nice CRV and made the transaction quickly and efficiently even staying past closing to get me on the road that night. Thank you very much and I highly recommend!
