I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are genuine, honest, wonderful people! My transmission on my car went so I needed a new car. They worked with me to find a car within my budget, that I actually wanted. Not just a “here’s what we have take it or leave it” kind of deal. Which I appreciated so much! Kim was like, we have these couple of options come see if you like them, etc. Walked me through every step of the process and didn’t make me feel like just another customer. I never felt any pressure. Then after buying the car I needed some help with some wheel stuff (I popped a tire)- they were right there to help me figure that out too! As I said earlier- I couldn’t say enough good things about them. Kim and her husband are truly amazing. I will 100% be buying future cars from them. They have made a forever customer out of me!

I honestly cannot recommend Kim and Jim enough. I've never purchased a car from a dealership before and am generally super put off by "car salesman" vibes, but as soon as I walked in with questions about a car I saw out front, I felt like I was talking to a family member. Kim was honest, direct, and walked me through every step of the process without once pressuring me. She was patient when I needed a little extra time to sort out some bank and registration issues on my end, provided all of the car's history without hesitation, and took care of all of the registration steps for me. Every time I called her with a question, she was clear, helpful, and genuinely cared. I LOVE my Rav4, and got such an honest deal (my dad is in the market for one now because of how well mine runs - thanks to all the work that was done on it by this dealership prior to selling it). I purchased this car two months ago and there hasn't been a single issue, just a minor sway bar repair needed within the first 30 days that was missed by the initial inspection, and they took care of it completely (arranged for and covered the service). I've never had such a positive experience with anything vehicle-related in my life, and have never felt more confident recommending a dealership! Thank you Kim for making this experience so positive.

Came across this dealer one day while searching for a new car with my Dad, and I'm glad we found it. Managed to find a car that had all the options I was looking for, with low miles at a great price! The entire process for buying the car was quick and easy and Kim and her husband Jim were wonderful about everything! Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in need of a vehicle.

I generally harbor some concern that a used car dealer will try to take advantage of me. Jim and Kim at the Auto Factory impressed me with their honest and transparent business practices, pride in providing a good product, and their goodwill. There was no sales pressure. Unlike other dealers they did not try to charge a "documentation" fee. As Jim said, "why would I charge a fee for paperwork that I am legally required to give you anyway?" Jim had bought my Sienna directly from the new car dealer where it had been traded in by the first owner rather than through an auction. I had thoroughly researched prices and competitive offers. He gave me a great price. After the deal had been made he decided to put new tires on the car (without my asking) even though there was enough tread to pass inspection. Ultimately, I trusted them enough that I sent my daughters with the bank check to complete the transaction and pick up the car. It was all around an excellent used car buying experience.

I had helped Kim & Jim out with their computer needs in the past so when it came to get a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to contact them. Being the owner of a small business I can tell you that THATS how a business should be run.. Constant contact with things, attentive to details and all around nice people, and hey I love my new Jeep!
