Once again Victor saved the day! When a woman calls and says there a weird sound coming from under the hood of my car. Most garages would minimize the urgency. Victor, however, said bring it in today and let me look at it. The end result? The serpentine belt that had been previously installed elsewhere was loose and needed tightening with a tension kit. Sure enough, solved. It is simply great to know that you have someone you can trust..... I highly recommend Accurate Automotive for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality auto service. From my first phone call to the completed service, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.The owner took the time to explain what my vehicle needed showing me the problem, provided clear estimates, and never pushed unnecessary repairs. As an older woman, I appreciated not only his expertise but his honesty and respect. Victor and his team of mechanics took the time on a very busy week to flush the transmission on my '98 Audi. They also diagnosed the noise and vibration that I had from the right front tire! They are simply fabulous. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with excellent technical expertise when you need it most. Took my old Audi there for some work to replace the heater hoses. Victor and the team too kcare if me in short order. While I had to wait a while to get it in they had it ready the same day. I plan on bringing my other vehicle here as well. Appreciate the professionalism.
