Came in earlier today looking for my first car with my grandfather/dad for my graduation. When we arrived Joe came right out to greet us. He showed us pictures of what they had on the lot from the website and was patiently going through pros and cons with us. He showed us all 4 cars that I liked and were also in our price range. He didn’t push on our budget or try to change our minds. He was friendly, genuine, and patient. After the test drive of my lovely new vehicle he walked my dad through the process step by step. Was very straightforward and even offered us beverages. He asked me if I had any requests or concerns. There were some stickers and decals from the past owner of the vehicle that I did not personally reside with. He took that down so they can remove them during the cleaning. I am so grateful and absolutely over the moon with our purchase. As a teenage girl adopted by her great grandparents affordability was not only important to them but me aswell. Thank you ocean state auto sales for not only a great vehicle but also for not breaking the bank.

Buying a car here was such an amazing experience! Joe was incredibly easy-going and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions, never pressured me, and truly made me feel comfortable with my decision. The prices were great, and everything moved so fast — I was driving off the lot in no time! I popped into to Ocean State Auto for a last-minute state inspection. I did not make an appointment (as recommended), but they were happy to accommodate me anyways, which was not necessary but very appreciated. I was taken care of by Roy, who kindly brought some recommended repairs to my attention, but was not pushy as most other auto care shops usually are. Just an honest mechanic prioritizing the safety of his clients. I will return for my state inspections moving forward, and would be happy to work with them for repairs, and one day perhaps a new set of wheels. Thanks so much for the great and quick service!
