My experience at Carmax was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the beginning it was a stress free and simple transaction for purchasing my vehicle. I spoke with a couple of different associates on the phone to make sure that my vehicle was ready to purchase when it arrived at the location. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very kind, informative, and professional. My sales associate when I picked up the vehicle was Tariq, he was also very professional, kind, and made the entire process quick and simple for us. We went on a Friday night before they were closing and they still went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy. Just sold our car here. Got an online offer online that was competitive. Washed the car and cleaned it inside and out. Booked an appointment. Showed up, and went through the process and was given the full amount of the offer after the appraisal. Got a free Lyft ride home. After having sold cars privately before dealing with tire kickers and low ballers its just not worth the hassle for the tiny bit extra you would get. This was convenient and the total time from arriving to leaving was a little over an hour. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of my associate but he was transparent and pleasant to deal with. I would sell my car again through Carmax.

If it were not for Julie’s thorough consulting on a new vehicle for our family of six, we may have kept shopping. But Julie got us right in to the perfect VW Atlas, which we bought immediately.
