When I first arrived in Rhode Island, I visited many car dealerships, but I couldn't find a reliable car at a reasonable price. Then I met Bruce and Ali. They were incredibly helpful. Ali, especially, went above and beyond! He was very straightforward and gave clear explanations and answers to every question I had. I ended up buying an Elantra from them, and I've been really happy with it. Ali handled all my DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) paperwork and even picked up my license plate for me! With his guidance, I was able to apply for and get my Rhode Island driver's license, too. They are truly great and trustworthy people.

12,000 cash I paid for this car. Drove it less then A year and now the cat can’t be repaired. Three mechanics could not fix my car. So i had to replace the axle, third mechanic later and over 6 thousand out of pocket my car still leaks from the transfer case. These guys legit got me for 18k. STAY THE HELL AWAY. Axles are supposed to be able to be repaired. I feel like driving this car thru his shop seriously. I’ve called and called Bruce and no call back. Some foreign guy his car peddler picks up and these guys have another thing coming. I’m calling channel 10 and channel 12. And I’m going to explain the whole situation. I haven’t had my car since freaking January this year. Bruce you think you’re going to take my hard earned money and burn me you have another thing coming. He doesn’t stand behind his cars. He sells junk cars.

Do not recommend at all. Prices are good, but engine died 6 months after purchase at 88,000 miles (paid $15,000), so had to buy newer car elsewhere and lost the investment in this one. We thought we did our homework on this car, but we couldn't get more than $4,000 for trade-in because of engine problem, not to mention spending over $1,000 to have it diagnosed. Also, asked them up front if the car could be serviced in northern New England and they said absolutely, but what a nightmare to find no one wants to service Rovers under 10 years! Do not trust this dealer!

Came in excited to trade in my car and buy a new one. While appraising my vehicle, the associate ate my food that was sitting at the passenger side. Who does that?? Completely unprofessional and honestly just gross. Huge violation of trust!!

Drove my car for about a year to see if i could tally up all the incidentals that stacked up from a car i bought here. Car was clearly extremely neglected by prior owners and was not disclosed: Volvo S60 Brake Rotors were warped, dangerous Pads were worn down Spark plugs were old and shot Tires were on their last legs Suspension went towards the end of the first year Timing Belt a squeaky, will also likely need replacement conditioner will have to do for now Thing slow burns oil, will have to check piston rings if the belt doesn’t take care of the issue. All this is to say 100% make sure you have their cars inspected by a mechanic. I was in need of a car and wanted a volvo, typicaly nice cars and reliable. But they sold me someone else’s problems. Make sure you’re not in a rush like i was or you’ll end up out a bunch of money buying here. Car was 10k financed, financing wasn’t an issue Car’s actual cost once i’m done catching up to the neglect will be closer to 18k
