Memorial Highway Chevrolet of West Mifflin

Guy car carpenter The best ever , we had such a great time together. He make deal in between we dance and sang. It was so glad being comfortable with guy. I wish I could take him home and just hang out with him. He's the best I tell you. He make me laugh and smile. He really is a great salesman. I recommend eveybody go see him . It will be a awesome experience.

Andrew “Car Guy” Carpenter was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, responsive, and put up with an endless number of questions, phone calls, and negotiations without ever making us feel rushed. He genuinely seemed to care about getting us into the right vehicle, and we absolutely love our 2023 Chevy Silverado LTZ. Andrew is the reason this deal happened. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the sales manager, Keith. We came in with multiple competing offers and realistic expectations, yet negotiating with the sales manager felt unnecessarily difficult. There was very little flexibility, and much of the process felt like moving numbers around rather than straightforward communication. At times, it seemed like Keith was more focused on holding the line than actually earning our business. I am only giving this experience five stars because of Andrew. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond ultimately made the difference. Without his efforts, we likely would have purchased elsewhere. In the end, we’re thrilled with the truck and grateful for all of Andrew’s hard work. He went above and beyond and deserves the credit for making the sale happen.

Buying my 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer at Memorial Highway Chevrolet of West Mifflin was unexpectedly enjoyable , Mac walked me through the features without pressure and made the whole process feel personal. Financing and paperwork were handled quickly, and they took the time to show how everything works before I drove off. If you want a smooth, friendly buying experience in West Mifflin, this team earns my recommendation.

5 Star Rating all around- all departments! Body/Collision Shop: Scott and team have worked some miracles on my 98 Camaro and Dodge Hellcat Challenger that were hit by a flying gazebo. The Camaro, being 28 years old, could have been a difficult repair but Scott embraced it like it was his very own! It has a new showroom shine and turns heads left and right! Service Department: Brought my 2023 Camaro 2SS in without an appointment after the check engine light came on and was misfiring. Even as a "drop off", they had it fixed by the next day and it was running smooth again! Sales Department: The guys in the sales department are wonderful! They care about getting you the best deal that works FOR you. We got a fantastic deal on our 2025 Silverado 1500 ZR2 and got a great deal on our trade. All of the vehicles are competitively and reasonably priced (and I have bought a LOT of vehicles in my years)

I have nothing bad to say about my experience here! John and Andre were genuinely so helpful after I had an horrible experience next door. I walked in and John found me the perfect car in under 15 minutes! And all I did was explain to him my current budget. And better yet it took him under 30 minutes for me to be able to test drive it! This is a great experience for someone buying a car for the first time. John explained all the terms and conditions perfectly and answered all of my questions honestly! They worked very well with me being a first time buyer and did everything they could to give me a payment that I would be comfortable with. Everyone else in there that I had spoken with were very generous and very helpful with any problem that we might’ve ran into on the way of this journey!
