I'm extremely happy with my vehicle from here,it's the first time I've ever had a reliable good running car. And I get all of the basic repairs it needs at the same location by Brad and his team. I can honestly say that I trust Brad, and in the past it was very difficult to trust other mechanics with my old cars. So that trust is beyond important to me and I will only let Brad and the service team here touch my car. I have highly recommended JD Byryder to many people and I will continue to. What I've been through in the past with cars and the many repairs and so much money spent I'm so grateful that I can finally be at ease with reliable transportation.

It’s so unfortunate that I had to change this Google review. I got a free oil change for making the review, but it kinda became a big deal when I went there to go do it. It was like no one believed that the oil change was supposed to be free anyway, besides that I bought My Car April 3 two weeks later my muffler fell off In the middle of the highway while My grandkids were in the car. Then they say that they do this inspection all the way around my back brakes are already bad and I’ve only had the car for two months. When I went there to go get the oil change they told me that I had a hole in my antifreeze reservoir. Which I do not. I took it to my own mechanic to see and he said no you do not the reason why it’s going down is because they filled it up with water and it’s so hot that it’s evaporating there is no antifreeze in your tank so that’s why it keeps going down and . they wanted to charge me $85 to put a new reservoir on. I didn’t even need because I think they were so upset that I had a free oil change that they needed to get some kind of money out of me that they decided to pick that I needed a new reservoir. They said they did a all around and 150 point inspection before they put the stickers on it which they absolutely did not because my back brakes would’ve never passed. They even told me that they didn’t put back brakes on. Then ended up lying to my husband saying that they paid for the tow that I had to get the car out there to get the muffler put on however that’s a lie they did not pay for it because I have AAA and they certainly did not pay AAA. And they also didn’t pay for my $45 uber ride home when my muffler fell off!!! I will never take my car out here for any kind of service ever unless it’s within my 24,000 miles. After you buy your car from them, you’re nothing you’re nobody all they want you to do is get u in a car charge you thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars interest and once they get you in there then they treat you like absolute 💩💩💩💩 So I bought a 2017 GMC terrain and Justin was my sales man. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me get my Vehicle. They really try hard for you! if you’re able to afford it and you’re making enough money. they don’t wanna put you in a bind. After speaking with the BANK and knowing that you make enough money, it’s smooth sailing from there. I love that everything is in one building. You can get your car fixed there. You got the bank there you got a car dealership there it’s perfect! And on top of all this, they have the guarantee for two years or 24,000 miles that your car is going to be perfect and if it’s not for any reason, they will fix it. This is the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had and I’m 42 years old! Thank you so much Justin and the rest of the team the banking people I can’t thank everybody enough. I absolutely love my My Car!!!!!!! and very happy that I chose to go with you.
