Jay is by far the best he goes above and beyond to assist in all areas when trying to purchase a car! If it’s a car you want but don’t see he will definitely make sure you get what you want and satisfied… Great customer service as well
Got a 2020 Chevy Malibu from Royal Car Center. Jay was very helpful. He took his time to explain every detail to me just so I am aware there were no hidden charges or no issues with the car. He worked with me as well when it came to financing the car. The customer experience was really top notch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Most efficient dealership in Philly, my wife and I went in and worked with Brandon and Jay, service was impeccable and we were in Anne car on a good deal in 2 hours. Definitely a blessing! Thanks again guys
Customer service was excellent!!! Worked with Jay, he was pleasant and proved knowledgeable about the vehicles. Came in for a 2020 Nissan Kicks and left with a 2025 Nissan rogue. If anybody could get you approved, it’s Royal Car Center!!!
