Great experience overall. The staff was helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole car-buying process simple. Ended up getting a 2020 Nissan Altima and I’m really happy with both the car and the service. Especially want to appreciate manager Arseniy, who made everything easy and to my liking. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is already the third car my family has bought from this place, and we’ve had no problems with any of them. Great cars, honest people, and always a smooth experience. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I went there and they approved me,and they were very upfront about everything! As far as the person Dilks that left a bad review about car breaking down it is the wrong Philly auto.It was Philly auto not Philly auto group.My cousins husband inspects all of there cars.He said that they fix things most dealers dont....Thank you Phillyauto Group.

Horrible company. I purchased a Cadillac and nowhere in my paperwork did we discuss adding a sales tax to my vehicle registration through the DMV. They forged my signature and sent a check to DMV for $1800. The funds weren’t in my account, they used information and a check I did not approve of. The DMV suspended my registration and now I have to pay in full to have my registration restored. They didn’t even print my name on the dishonored check, just copied and paste my signature. Now I have to take legal action

This place is horrible for a number of reasons!! I came and financed a 2020 Acura exactly one year ago and I love the car, my problem is that about 5 months ago I got a letter from DMV stating I wrote them a bad check for $1600 and my registration was going to be suspended if it wasn’t paid, I had no idea what this was for because I don’t have any checks. So I called DMV and they told me it was for my tax,tags and registration, I financed my vehicle and tax, tags and registration was included in my financing and I also gave them a down payment. I did not owe anything else so why would they print a check in my name from my bank account to pay for something that was already paid to them by my financing company. I called them and they basically told me that I was screwed and gave me the run around. I went and filed a complaint with the PA attorney general and they did nothing. I just wanted this resolved, I’m a single Mom with 6 children and I didn’t have another $1600 laying around so now I’m paying for a car I can’t drive because the registration is suspended. That’s just the beginning they also advertised for $16,999 and charged me $20,000 for no reason, that is illegal, they also pulled the yo-yo financing after all papers were signed and I left with the car the next day they called me and told me my payment was going from $420 to $540 and my interest went from 15% to 27% and if I didn’t want to sign the new contract, I could bring the car back but I would lose my $3000 down payment and that is illegal!! I am stuck in this situation and I don’t want anyone else to experience this and I won’t back down until this is taken care of.
