I had a great experience with this Philadelphia Hertz Car Sales branch, and Hertz Car Sales online service as well. The car selection process was very efficient and the Philadelphia branch that was assigned for the pickup was very supportive. From the start, and as I selected the car, and the pickup date, I got a call from Tim Phan, who answered all my questions and offered more information about the process. He followed, a couple of days later, by confirming the car readiness and sent me a few interior and exterior photos of it after cleaning, which was very assuring. He was very responsive and answered the messages promptly throughout the process. The pickup day started with a test drive which was great idea then the team worked diligently to facilitate the transaction. Overall, the experience is great, the car was received as advertised, and I recommend Hertz Car Sales.
