My husband and I were in need of a car desperately and decided to try Drive Time as a last resort. It should have been the first choice. Tania was first and foremost patient with our wanting to drive a few cars after we came in about one. She is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and state laws and requirements. We asked loads of questions and she was happy to answer. We did not feel pushed. We were nervous with the monthly payment, but feltcomfortable with the extra warranty Should something happen. . Came here today on 4/18/26 and picked up a 2025 KIA Soul to replace my wife's POS car. This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I've had. I forget my saleswomans name but she was awesome, professional and very polite. And honestly without the greatest of credit I was really suprised I was able to leave with basically a brand new car with under 7100 miles on it. I'm definitely willing to go back eventually to trade my GMC in when I get what I owe on that lower.

Absolutely a good experience there met the General Manager Jovarny Smith who is excellent in his craft, he made this experience quick and efficient and answered any questions I had and made the process of buying a car very easy instead of a painful experience.I did not have to sit in this establishment for hours on end like a traditional car dealership, I bought a beautiful 2018 330i BMW. With good mileage I am the third owner no accidents no recalls.
