1522 Cherry St, Erie, PA 16502What do customers say about Morrocco Motors?
I've taken my car here for years, always happy with the service, repair bill, called to have my brakes looked at, I was given a appointment within a few days , they always do a great job !
Very nice trustworthy guy, not like most mechanics who just want your money. 10 out of 10 would reccommend
Called with an emergency request and they looked at my car right away. Thank you so much for your help!
Straight forward, and eager to please. I would recommend to any contractor looking for a decent used work vehicle.
Called, and asked about car inspection services, and was hung up on. The man on the phone did not want to be bothered answering questions about a windshield, was told to "go buy a sticker" and then was hung up on. I have a business colleague, who sends thousands of dollars worth of business to Morrocco Motors yearly, whom I was referred from, that is shocked by the lack of customer service skills given. I would choose to go anywhere else if this is how they treat customers. Very disappointed.
