Where is Outten Chevrolet Used Car Dealership located?
1902 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18104What do customers say about Outten Chevrolet Used Car Dealership?
This is my first time at this car dealer for service, first and foremost they are very friendly and courteous, I went in for a leak checkup and they found nothing, they explained to me what the cause was, scott the service technician explained that its just residue from previous oil changes. This place is really good in comparison to the chevy dealer in NYC bronx location.
I had a wonderful experience with Outten and they were very quick and my dealer Brandon was very helpful and great customer service.
Brandon Outten was really helpful and really thoughtful he worked with me to get me and affordable price and really helped me pick out the car that best suits me
You explain what you want and range of what you want and the agent shows you what available either at theirs tore or else where. And they will also have those choices brought to you.
Went there because it was suggested by Chevy online (based on my location and because they sell Chevy cars). What I witnessed while in the waiting room was that many people who are there for a minor service (like an oil change) end up 'needing' something else done to their car before they leave. The free coffee, cookies, and WiFi is not worth the trade-off.
