Keystone Used Auto Sales

Recently purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse for my son. The car was very clean and well presented. The sales rep “Dan” was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was supplied with a car fax report that listed the entire history of this car. After purchasing I took it to my mechanic who is very thorough and he noted a few minor issues with the car. I called Keystone and they were very understanding and had me stop by with the car. Once they verified the work needed we set up a date and they corrected all of the issues that I had noted. Highly recommended.

Easiest and painless car buying experience I've ever had bar none. Let me look over the car extensively(put it on the lift for me to see the undercarriage). Answered all my questions (even my stupid ones with grace). Gave me a great deal and a great warranty. What more can you ask for. Thanks again!

Fantastic group of people to work with. My husband and I had been everywhere looking for a used car for our son. Everything in his price range at other dealerships were horrible. Dirty, rust painted over. We were thrilled when we saw a car here that was clean, ran well and looked great and was right in his budget. I do recommend getting an extended warranty especially if it’s for a younger driver. We brought the car home and surprised my son with it. The smile on his face says it all!! Thank you Lynn and Jared we will definitely be back when our youngest is ready!

Spoke with Lynn, the general manager about a vehicle on Friday. When I asked if she could hold it until Monday when I can get in, she told me they do not hold vehicles without secured financing. I took my chances and went in Monday. When I got there Monday, the salesman, whose name was Dan had the approval paperwork in his possession. He told me there were two stipulations. The first one was that I needed a $3000 down payment, which I let him know I can have by Wednesday or Thursday the latest. I then looked at the car, took the car for a ride and let him know that I would take it. He mentioned to me that he texted Lynn and that the vehicle was mine. They would hold it until Wednesday or Thursday when I can come pick up the vehicle. He gave me the paperwork to get the insurance on the vehicle and never mentioned anything that I had to provide it in a certain period of time. He texted me today asking for the insurance. I advised him that I was working and that I would get it to him before he end of day. He told me no problem get it over as soon as you can. A couple of hours later I got a text from Lynn that the vehicle was no longer available because they only hold vehicles for 24 hours without proof of insurance. This was never brought to my attention. When I called her, she told me she was surprised to get a phone call on her personal phone. Her first mistake was she should not have texted me from a phone number. She did not expect to get phone calls from. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Be careful with them. Please see my pictures down below with the actual text messages. I took direct screenshots of the messages but hid their phone numbers. I do not want to be like them. Also do not post on your Facebook page anything negative because you will be blocked instantly.

If you are buying out of state do not buy from here. My fiance got a car from here, which the car is nice however everything is a hassle. They gave us a temp tag. Which was cardboard, that got wet and blew off next day. No cover or anything. 2 screws was all that was holding it on So we were trying to find some solutions. We had to contact Penndot for a reprint and they told us between 5-10 days. Which I get is not keystones fault. But Keystone uses a 3rd party to do the tag transfer to different states. So when we called the 3rd party to see if there was any way we could expedite that, they said they hadn’t even received the paperwork from keystone in writing this April 2nd. We bought the car on March 13th, how does paperwork sit around without being mailed out for 3 weeks on something that I would call fairly important. And everytime we try to contact somebody from keystone it’s always “we’re super busy have an answer tomorrow” then crickets.
