Thank you soo much Dan and frank for the dedication yall had on getting me and my fiance into a car we truly wanted and jumping thru every obstacle corse so we didn’t have to worry. I live in seaside oregon and unfortunately but fortunately had to refinance and had to resign aswell, Josh went out of his way and came all the way to my house on the coast and brought me the paper work so I didn’t have to go into the city during my hectic week. If you need to get a used car, get it at stag motors. They’ve got a great selection and some very fair pricing. I was working with Dan to purchase a smaller truck for my business and he was incredibly helpful. Buying a used car can be very stressful and Dan was very supportive and not pushy at all. They offer a DEQ guarantee and fully honor that system. The truck I purchased had a few issue making it not pass DEQ testing through no fault of stag motors, and without hesitation Dan had me bring it back and they fixed all the issues and all I had to do was purchase the parts. It was my first time buying a car and I was so happy with my experience. I couldn’t recommend Stag motors enough they are great.

Wonderful experience here! I was very well taken care of my Dan and Josh and they made sure the whole process of buying a car went smoothly. I’m not leaving a 1-star review because if the car I was sold had actually been what it was represented to be, this would have been a quick, easy, no-hassle purchase. I found a 2012 Toyota Prius Four listed for $6,999 and applied online. The next day they called to say I was approved. I went in, did a quick test drive, and within about an hour I drove the car home. Once I got home, I started going through the manual to learn how to use features like lane assist and braking assist. That’s when I realized the car didn’t have any of those options. After double-checking with a vehicle history report, it confirmed the car was actually a Prius Three — not a Four. I then reviewed my paperwork, and it clearly states the vehicle is a “4.” When I called the dealership, they told me they never said it was a Four and claimed the ad was “generic” and didn’t apply to that specific vehicle. That makes no sense, especially since the listing is still active and still advertising the car as a Prius Four. I explained that because both the advertisement and my signed paperwork identified the car as a Prius Four, I expected to be compensated for the difference in value. I also made it clear that if they were not willing to correct the issue, I would be filing a claim for misrepresentation. Shortly after that conversation, I was told my loan had suddenly been “denied” and that I needed to return the car immediately — after I had already been approved and completed the purchase. I returned the car, but the entire situation feels misleading and dishonest. The vehicle is still being advertised incorrectly, so just be aware and double-check everything before you buy
