Jason was very helpful and friendly. The truck we ended up going with was below typical list (by our research). The whole process was pretty simple and quick.

I got hit in my 2016 Challenger SXT that I bought brand new. I was heartbroken when the ladies' insurance company deemed it a total loss. I found REV Motors while I was searching for a new car, and they happened to have a 2016 Challenger R/T on the lot for a great price, so I decided to go check it out. I talked to Jason, and he was super cool. Took the car for a spin, came back, and started paperwork. I think it took about an hour start-to-finish, and I was approved on the loan and headed out the door. Definitely one of the quickest car-buying experience I've ever had, and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend REV Motors for your next vehicle. Thank you Jason, I LOOOVE the new ride!!

Do not buy a car from Jason. Worst place to buy a car and terrible customer service. Bought a truck from Jason and he said there was no issues with the truck. Day of the sale, radio issue presents itself. Shortly after, I was able to find a leak in the truck, air and water getting in. Took it to Jason, had it for a couple days, did not fix the problem. Sent him photos of mold I found when taking the seats out, text him, tried calling, no response until about a week later. Sent him the locations of where the water was getting in. Short text response and ghosted again. Took it back eventually after weeks of no response, and he finally found the obvious leak. Agreed to replace the window. Had the truck for about a week and a half, no updates or texts. After reaching out multiple times, he said he would replace the window. Took him having the car about 6 weeks to get it replaced. Asked him if I could get a loaner car or just bring the truck back when the window came in and no response. Very strong solvent smell that I thought would go away shortly after the purchase. Advised him about it and he pretended not to smell it. Has yet to even tell me if he got it detailed somewhere or what was possibly used in it. I already had license plates from another vehicle. Jason said to bring them in at the time of sale. I wanted the sale to be done quickly so he prepared the paperwork upon arrival. He incorrectly filled it out and charged me for a brand new registration. He said I would get a refund check for the difference. Never received a refund check. Had to bring it up after he finally fixed the window. The lack of customer service, and willingness to stand behind the said quality of the vehicles sold is astonishing. Jason will do anything to get a sale.

Never ever purchase a car from this dealer. I bought an SUV and asked for a $900 reduction in price, but instead he promised to replace the brakes. The brake job was done poorly, and now I’m not even sure the vehicle is safe to drive. Extremely disappointed with the quality and honesty. I can’t believe there are still businesses like this. Never again.
