I’ve been searching online for a new mid size suv for a few weeks and chatted back and forth on a few of their vehicles online. Gilberto was extremely helpful and transparent about all the vehicles I was interested. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with great communication. Buying a used car is stressful and expensive but he really made things feel at ease! I highly recommend buying a car at E & J. He was never pushy and really let me poke around and ask all my questions. Bought a 2014 Acura MDX and my family and I couldn’t be happier with it. Thanks to Gilberto for all the help and communication, and of course for our new family vehicle.

Friendly and communicative. Theyre quick with the process too. Didn't try too hard to be pushy or sell me things. Deal was quickly made (they already have some really good deals on cars), didnt even go on the test drive with me to push the sale. Looking for a new car and purchasing one is an overwhelming experience. It was not overwhelming with Chris and Gilberto at E and J motors.

After months of trying to find the perfect vehicle, I finally found it. I live in Albany but had no issues getting everything done over phone with Chris. He handled everything ever step of the way and was amazing with getting paperwork and whatnot in order for me to just come and pick up the car from Portland. Came in to look at a Toyota RAV4 that was listed on Facebook. Gilbert was a delight to work with. He was friendly, listened to my needs and concerns, and made sure I got what I needed.
