Had a great experience purchasing my work van from this dealership. Since I live about an hour away, they gave me the option to hold the van so I had time to make the trip out and pick it up, which I really appreciated. I pointed out a few very small concerns with the van and they corrected them immediately without any hassle. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything — everything was done on my time and the staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I was honestly pretty nervous about buying a used vehicle, but they made the entire process feel comfortable, smooth, and stress free. The work van was clean, drove great, and you can tell they take pride in the vehicles they sell. I also noticed a lot of their inventory had surprisingly low miles and looked very well kept. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again and recommending them to family and friends to keep an eye on their clean inventory.

Was on the lookout for this exact body style early 2000s gm truck and found one at Columbia motors. We live in northwest Indiana just outside of Chicago so needless to say trying to find an old truck like this in nearly prestine condition where I live is almost impossible. The Pacific Northwest doesnt have the winters/ salt usage like we do. Truck was exactly how it was shown and described. Normally would never buy a vehicle without seeing it up front first but took a shot on this one. The price was very reasonable for the condition of the truck. We worked with Al, hell of a nice guy, very honest and great to deal with. No bs, no games, very honest and upfront. He handled our sale and our private shipping company with the highest standards. Communication was great even with the time zone difference. Even took time out of his day off to push our paperwork through which I greatly appreciated. Would 💯 buy another vehicle from him and this business.

I had a great experience getting my Rav 4 here! Since all of their vehicles are rebuilt, I knew going in that my car had previously been in an accident and had been professionally repaired. After purchasing it, I took it to an independent mechanic for a full inspection just to make sure everything was as described. I’m so happy to say they were completely honest. The mechanic found that the car was in excellent condition, and there were no issues at all. The entire process was straightforward and the workers were extremely friendly and not pushy whatsoever. If you’re considering buying a rebuilt vehicle and want a dealership that’s upfront and stands behind what they sell, I would definitely recommend checking them out!
