I recently bought a 2016 Toyota Prius from Pacific Motors in Hillsboro and had a very good experience. They honored the price we agreed on with no games or pressure, which I really appreciated. I’m the type of buyer who likes to take my time and check a car thoroughly, including scanning it with my own OBD tool, and they were completely fine with that. They gave me the space to look things over and didn’t rush the process. After driving the car home and going through it carefully, everything checked out well. The car has been running great and getting excellent fuel economy. Overall it felt like a fair deal and a straightforward transaction. If you’re someone who likes to do your homework before buying a vehicle, Pacific Motors was easy to work with and respectful of that. I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

Had a great car buying experience at Pacific Motors. Faizan was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Car was ready at the scheduled time for test drive. No pressure experience with fair price on a car in very good condition. Had a minor battery issue the next day, and Faizan offered to help fix it immediately. They went as far as replacing the whole battery unit (which they didn't have to as the deal was already made on an as-is vehicle), but they went out of their way to help me out in a prompt and efficient manner. Great place to buy a used car at a fair price. Highly recommended!

They confirmed an appointment for me to buy a BMW z4 and while I was driving over a hundred miles. They sold it out from under me. They said nothing about putting money down to hold it. They said it would be fine. Then they were very rude to me and argumentative with me when I tried to explain to them that what they did was wrong. Don't buy a car from these people, they are crooked.

The owner threatened to sue me for defamation over my review that was 100% truthful. Beware of this business. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Their cars have some serious issues that they don’t disclose unless you bring a mechanic and still refuse to lower the price. I asked to do $8000 or $9000 on a $10,500 car and they told me they’d give me $200 off and are now in this review trying to say I lowballed with $6,000 I have four eye witnesses two mechanics, myself, and my partner that witnessed the events that happened over a simple test drive and overview of the car. This business is shameful and dishonest.
