I had such a wonderful experience at Hillsboro Hyundai! From the moment I walked in, Eunice (Euni) was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. We spent quite a while working through different options, and she put in so much time and effort to help find a solution that worked well for both of us. By the end of the process, I honestly felt like I had made a new friend. I also want to give a big thank you to her manager, who was equally helpful, knowledgeable, and fair throughout the process. Together, they offered me a trade-in value for my car that I honestly wasn't expecting, and they worked hard to help me get into the car I really wanted without making me feel pressured. I had also visited Hillsboro Honda, and the experience there just didn't compare. What stood out to me at Hillsboro Hyundai was the heart behind their customer service. Even though they're a smaller dealership, you can genuinely tell they care about treating people well and crating lasting relationships and that made all the difference.
