I found exactly what I wanted at an amazing price listed online at Capital Car Connection after searching for almost a year for the right deal. I live a 7 hour drive (an overnight trip) from the dealership. Jimmy is helpful, honest, and was patient with my phone calls/texts and ALL my questions. He was responsive and available when I set up a third party inspection, and he got me a great deal on replacing the brakes and rotors and had it done before he had even seen my face. He’s friendly, trustworthy and trusting. I ran into a small issue when I returned home in my new car. It was something Jimmy wouldn’t have known about or be responsible for, and also something that should have been found during the third party inspection. Not only did Jimmy take my calls, but he worked with me to help make it right - he had no obligation to do either of those things, but he did, and it made everything about the transaction feel good.
