Great experience, highly recommend! Samantha is a sweetheart, easy to get along with, and knows all the details of the newest tech gadgets. The sales manager Jordan was great to work with, very transparent, low pressure and went above and beyond to get our payments even LOWER than our "best case" target. Even the finance manager Ryan was great, easy to talk with, gave realistic "you don't need this, but that's a good idea" advice for the inevitable add-ons, and got the paperwork done quickly. All in all, a stress free, no BS trustworthy experience! Thanks for making it so easy!

My experience with Ron Tonkin Hyundai was amazing! I was in and out in just over 3 hours! Quickest ever! Liana, the sales person who helped me from beginning to end, was amazing! She is so kind and understanding and easy to talk to! The gentleman who did the financing, whose name I can’t recall unfortunately, was so nice and already had everything done so that process only took like 10-15 minutes (part of that was me yakking !) If you are in need of a new car I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough! They even filled my tank, washed it again, and Liana actually took the time to walk through all the features and explain how things work. She even helped me clean out my trade in! I didn’t even buy a luxury or expensive car! Just a sweet Hyundai Elantra sport which I absolutely love driving! Thank you Liana, and the finance gentleman, for making this such a great experience!!

Our overall experience was really really great. The used cars there were nice and in good condition. What stood out the most was Specifically alex and the finance specialist that helped us with everything. Alex didnt treat us as just customers but as friends it felt very welcoming. This was my first time buying a car myself and it was absolutely fantastic, having alex there made it really memorable. The finance specialist Hamid seemed to really care about us and getting us the best he could he was an absolute life saver.

After having a pretty frustrating experience buying my first brand new car at another dealership, I came into Ron Tonkin Hyundai hoping for a fresh start.....and WOW! It was a completely different experience. I was looking to trade in that brand new car for something that actually felt like me and Samantha made that whole process feel easy. She wasn’t pushy at all. Didn't try to “sell” me on something random, she just listened and helped me land on the right car. Ryan in finance was just as solid. He broke everything down so I actually understood what I was signing (which was not the case the first time around). He also found me a much better interest rate through a credit union which was a huge win. No pressure, no upselling, just straight up helpful. He even walked me through maintenance costs vs Hyundai’s prepaid plan so I could make a smart decision. This whole experience was night and day compared to my first one. I seriously wish I had come here from the beginning. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for another car, and I’ll be sending anyone I know their way.
