We purchased a 2013 high mileage prius from Jeff. We were in Tulsa to visit family when I saw an ad for the vehicle. I test drove it but had a few more I wanted to drive before making a decision. We had researched the vehicle and felt like of all the sellers Jeff's drove the best and was the best priced. The whole purchasing process was painless and quick. Every car buying experience should be so easy.

I reached out to this dealership because I was genuinely interested in one of their listed vehicles. I was upfront and communicated that I was not quite ready to purchase for about another month, but I wanted to be proactive and ask whether they offered vehicle holds or accepted deposits, how long they would hold a vehicle, and what the process would look like. The only response I received was, “Let me know when you’re ready to purchase.” There was no greeting, no thank you for reaching out, no answer to my questions, and no additional information about the vehicle or an invitation to come take a look at it. I completely understand that not every dealership accepts deposits or holds, and I would have been perfectly fine with that answer. However, as someone who was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, I expected at least a little more communication and professionalism. A simple response explaining their policy or offering to schedule a time to view the vehicle would have made a much better impression. The response came across as dismissive and made me feel as though my interest was not being taken seriously. Even though I was not purchasing immediately, I was still a potential customer who was interested in the vehicle and could have potentially moved forward sooner after seeing it in person. I was even considering looking at other available vehicles If the one I was inquiring about was no longer available. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this interaction has made me reconsider doing business with this dealership. I hope future customers receive better communication and feel valued when reaching out.
