I bought a car from this used car lot the end of Dec.2025 & at the time, my experience was very good. I had waited a year and half for exactly what I wanted & found it there! This car was priced fair, very clean, & exactly what I wanted!! However, when the weather turned hot, I flipped the AC on & to my disbelief, it blew out very hot. No problem..I'll just go get it filled with some freon. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so I went to a shop & walked out with a $999. estimate! Labor was more than the parts! Being on social security, I couldn't afford this expense. I went back to the car lot, knowing good & well I bought this car AS IS, but because I had been told everything was in good working order, I was hoping they would stand on their word & make this right. To my surprise, they told me to bring the car back so their mechanic could inspect it. I took it back and after checking it over, they repaired the AC & only charged me for the parts! That kind of honesty and willingness to help is hard to find these days. Legally, they didn't have to do this, but they did & I truly appreciate their kindness & their excellent customer service. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you, Amir, your dad and the mechanic for standing behind your customers. This tells a lot about your character. I definitely recommend this place. I am now back on the road with my PERFECT car!!!
