talking to them is great but there quality of cars isn’t so much. me and my girlfriend went to buy our first car as a couple. i’m on a fixed income through the va. we went a few different times to try to get a car together. we ended up landing a 2016 kia somewhere in mid december 2025. it did have one check engine light when we got it. cam shaft sensor. the car was overdue for and oil change by only 5 and a half months. within a week it threw two more codes. for O2 sensors. the car smoked like a train all the time. we took it back in to 2nd generation to see if they could help fix it or get it fixed. their mechanics didnt know how to do what needed done. january 15 my girlfriend was driving the car and it completely quit on her while she was on the highway. i had to call a tow truck to come pick it up. boom 800 dollar bill. i was told to take it to the mechanic they use. we did and all he did was read the codes. told me yeah it needs a new engine. so i had to get it towed again book 200 dollar tow. in the end the car needed a complete new engine and turbo. the warranty had saved us. we had the car for a total of 4 ish months. the car has been in the shop since january and it’s now march. the help were were offered was 50 dollars towards the car that was sold to us. so key points over five months due on an oil change, a cam shaft code, two other codes within a week, and no good help after. this is a great way to treat a vet and his girlfriend (she lost her job due to no transportation)

My Fiancée purchased a vehicle here for $7000 on May 5th, they refused to let her drive the vehicle on the highway or go over a certain speed limit and gave her a set route to drive. When she started driving it, it stalled and died, they told her to bring it back and said it was the catalytic converter. So she brought it in and they said they would do a ghetto fix, she agreed, they had it for 3 weeks and said it was fixed. So we go to pick it up, as we are driving on the highway, the gears slip and the car loses acceleration, turns out the Transmission is toast and they refuse to refund or trade for a like priced vehicle that works. I WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM HERE AGAIN or suggest anyone does without a mechanic of their own to look it over. Be warned, they have an F rating on the BBB website and I would say they are even going so far as committing fraud.

I bought a vehicle from the and they lied to me and showed me the wrong car fax i had it 8 days, and it had to go in the shop. And because they did not do the proper inspections the aftermarket warranty that I purchased was no good. They have now given me the wrong price of what I paid for the car cause they didn't fill the paperwork out properly and I have a vehicle I can't even register. They will smile to your face while they stab you. I will apologize about being able to register car. I read it more carefully. I was wrong
