The staff at Payless were great. We found a car on FB Marketplace they listed. We were from out of state. They showed us the vehicle via FaceTime , answered our questions and negotiated a fair price. When we picked up the car it was a seamless process. The car was as advertised and made it the 4hour drive home without issue. Very happy with the car and the dealership. Communication was great.
