If I could give First Rate a 10 star 🌟 review I would. Buying a car has always been one of my least favorite things to do, but Jake at First Rate changed my whole perspective. I initially heard about First Rate from WEOKIE and I called First Rate and Jake immediately answered all the questions I had and we scheduled for me to come look. Hesitantly I decided to go took a few cars I saw online. Upon getting to the dealership, I was greeted by Jake. As we spoke on the phone he stated he would be there to help but this dealership is a no hassle dealership, and he was correct. We were able to freely roam the lot to look at what we would possibly interested in. Pricing on all cars were on the windows and there was no surprise change in price when we submitted our application. I fell in love with a car on the showroom but Jake did not care to pull it out for me for a test drive. He knew I was extremely anxious about the buying process but his reassurance, ability to be down to earth, and understanding of how I was feeling turned it into more than a car buying experience. Trustworthiness and communication were top notch! It was THE best car purchase experience I’ve ever had and I will 110% be back for another when it’s time. After getting approved for a WeOkie loan, we found some dealerships and wow they were awful. They pressure you so hard and essentially hold you hostage. They call and email multiple times a day and try so hard to make the deal without telling you all the hidden fees. They wouldn't even be upfront with us when we asked directly for an out the door price many times. We came across First Rate online and thought it was perfect for us as we are pretty terrible at negotiating anyways. Our credit isn't that great but it was good enough to get the 6.99 interest rate with our loan. Absolutely no haggling!! You pay the price on the car plus a $250 paperwork fee. They let us test drive a couple cars and there was absolutely no pressure. WeOkie was just as pleasant to work with. We love our 2022 Equinox! We took it to the mechanic to get it checked the first week we got it and the only thing they found wrong was the battery was a little low. They said other than that, that it looked really good! We got a new battery for peace of mind and are trusting God that this car will last us many years! We had a lot of peace about purchasing from First Rate Autos. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would absolutely recommend them hands down! We know where to go if we need to buy a car in the future!
