The salesperson conducted himself with a condescending and arrogant attitude throughout the interaction. Rather than engaging in a professional discussion, he appeared to assume that any reasonable buyer should pay the full asking price for a truck with over 240,000 miles, visible hail damage, and a strong cigarette odor. As a cash buyer, I presented what I considered to be a fair and generous offer based on the vehicle's actual condition and market value. The truck was intended for a 16-year-old who recently totaled his 2026 Ram, so I approached the purchase with serious intent and the ability to close immediately. Unfortunately, the salesperson's demeanor and unwillingness to negotiate professionally made it clear that my business was neither valued nor respected. There are dealerships that understand how to treat customers with professionalism and respect. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Another dealership got my money and it was a better option anyway. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!
