Car factory is a great establishment to buy a used car, these guys rock. They are clear when they say no warranty on there vehicles, that being said my daughters alternator went out and they sent a tow truck immediately to pick it up all the way in El Reno, they fixed it with absolutely no charge. I have gotten 3 vehicles from them and I will continue to get buy from them,Juan my salesman was so helpful and made buying a car stress-free. Thank you car factory
Car factory is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle, the sales man and the management are superior people and go above and beyond to get you in a vehicle..if you're looking to purchase a new used car Car Factory is the way to go... we've purchased 3 cars from them, and will continue to give them our business without hesitation 😁
They sold me a car and two weeks later all the band aids they put on started to fall off. Big problems. And they make you sign an "as is" form so once you pull it off the lot if your transmission goes out the next day they shrug their shoulders. I called and he told me "sometimes things get missed" and "that's what happens when you buy used cars". DIRECT QUOTES from this guy. It was my first time using a car lot and they completely ruined the experience. I know plenty of people who have used cars and their lots take care of them. If you can take the time to find a better lot then do so.
