Auto Resources has always helped us when we needed, but recently they haven't been really cooperative. We called and asked Mel if we could trade our car in since we've had it for a year and he said no, we had to wait another 2 months and now our motor is shot and we don't have the money to replace it nor do we have the money for a rental until they find a motor for our car (we have a Pontiac, which no longer exsists.) And we asked Mel what can we do and he just said to keep paying on the car. Honestly I am hoping since Pontiac is no longer around they will put us in a replacement car or let us out of our contract so we can find a new vehicle. Other than this problem they are not a bad dealership and will help with any situation.

RUN, RUN, RUN very fast from this place. I waited as long as i could before writing this review because i wanted to at least give them a chance to redeem themselves. These people have damaged my credit report, sold me a truck that they knew had a bad transmission, and claimed to fix it 5 different time. When I say they messed up my credit report its not because i didn't make my payments; in fact i never missed a payment. But the fact that they didn't-reported items on my report accurately which caused me to loose out on a major purchase, and I have proof of all of this on paper. They recently fired the finance manager that caused all the problems I guess, but the sales manager, and the management is still the same. This place is so bad that I have gone to the Used Car Commission, BBB, and i have also retained an attorney because I refuse to let these people who I watched lie, and lie to my face think that they are really that smart. Please don't go there. Bad business. I had SUV with them for less five month. Last Wednesday they repo my car didn't call me, didn't get no mail from them they just came and repo my car without my know. I had to have insurance with them and had my own so I had to pay two insurance on my SUV. At first that lady say I got pay $600 to get my car next day they want 1,1314.00 hell no way stink business. Gas Gage and meter broke same day I got it going on road back home, oil leak. Watch out they money hungry

I asked a simple question on the price of a vehicle. I was told that since I didn't want to do payments I couldn't be told the price of the vehicle. This place is a joke for the car business they are preying on people that cannot afford to pay a car truck off because they are hoping that you do not pay it off they can repo it and your stock paying on something that you aren't even driving.

I had a woman from this business scream profanities at me in the line at McDonald's because she felt like she was first. What a classy way to represent your business and I'll be sure and post this review on every possible site that I can so that people know the kind of people that are part of this business.
