Danny went above and beyond when my vehicle was out of commission, and really made sure that I was informed and kept up to date with how it was doing! My cousin saved for a long time to buy a car from this dealership, and what happened after has been one of the most frustrating, exhausting, and heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever witnessed. After being only TWO DAYS late on insurance payment due to a direct deposit date change from his job (which he communicated about), he was told the car was repossessed. He explained the situation, and instead of working with him reasonably, he was told it would cost $500 just to change the payment date — which already felt questionable. Then we were told he had 10 days to get the car back for around $1,250. We worked nonstop, borrowed money, spent our own money on insurance, and did everything possible to meet their demands. We paid for one insurance policy, then were told it was the “wrong” insurance, forcing us to scramble again for more money for full coverage at the last minute. On the FINAL DAY, we got the insurance literally minutes before the insurance office closed, called the dealership while employees were still there, and let them know we were on the way. Instead of helping, they refused to work with us despite knowing the urgency and that we were actively meeting their requirements. When we arrived, multiple employees were still inside, but rather than honor what we were originally told, the situation suddenly changed. We were treated disrespectfully, told to leave, and then they switched from saying we needed about $1,100 to suddenly demanding the FULL remaining balance of around $11,000. This felt less like customer service and more like moving the goalpost over and over until getting the car back became impossible. People work too hard for their money to be treated like this. If you’re considering buying from here, please read every contract carefully, document EVERYTHING, and be very cautious. Our experience felt misleading, inconsistent, and completely lacking compassion.
