Ok Auto Remarketing

Can't speak highly enough about my experience here! The folks working there were completely honest about faults in the trucks I had been looking at and even offered to perform some of the repairs for me. Bruce especially was kind and had a wonderful sense of humor, even willing to meet with me at a moment's notice so I could purchase a truck. One trip to the tag agency across the street later, and the truck was mine! I'd easily recommend this place if you're looking for a quick and reliable vehicle that you don't mind having a little wear-and-tear on it. I already recommended this place to a few of my younger relatives looking to get their first car!

I am not the type to leave reviews (good or bad). However, dealing with Bruce and Skyla here to buy my wife's Golf TDI here was overwhelmingly positive. I've dealt with many small dealerships buying different cars in my lifetime, and some are shady and it feels like a gamble purchasing from them. My experience here was far from that. Both Bruce and Skyla were extremely friendly and knowledgeable during the entire experience, and we were able to come to a very reasonable deal on the vehicle we purchased. They even fixed some minor cosmetic issues (that they disclosed before the sale of the vehicle, but had simply not yet gotten to fixing before we looked at and purchased it) on the vehicle a few days after we purchased it. I would not hesitate to do business here again. Good, honest people!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! UNSAFE, DANGEROUS, NOT ROAD WORTHY, LIERS! If I could give them negative stars I would. I found a vehicle on FB that I called on & Sky told me about some others they had. I signed for 3 vehicles. None of them were ready to go, they had some shady place working on the one I originally wanted. I'm not sure what they supposedly fixed, but they reset the codes so there were no dash lights on. Bruce the owner dropped it off & I was calling within a half hour telling Sky that it was overheating & my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. They both said that they would make things right. Another car that I got from them has break issues as well as 2 slick bald tires in the back & it stunk to high heaven (& still does but not as bad, it was a smoker's car & nasty as all get out. It was never detailed or cleaned in any way, shape, or form) & they were told about it & I was told that they would take care of it as well. Neither was called about or picked up like they said they were going to do. (I kept the text just in case) Since they reneged on their word to make things right, I stopped paying on the last car & told him to come get it. When I told him why & about the car my son was driving needing just over 10 grand worth of work & just said that he could buy 3 cars with that money (basically laughing at me because he knew he suckered me, no remorse of any kind) & that they offered us extended warranties. The warranty was over 1000 for each of the cars & I didn't have that to pay all up front, it also doesn't cover existing issues. Now, I know why Sky pushed so hard for me to buy them, it's because they sell dangerous & unsafe vehicles. Bruce is NOT a man of his word even though he's a smooth talker when you first meet him you'd think he was. He also took his time getting me my last title & it was months overdue, so I had to pay penalties on it because of him withholding it. I know getting a car from the auction is 90% of the time going to need work & I'm ok with that, it's going to happen with every vehicle eventually, but you DON'T expect it to be a deathtrap either when you buy it. All I can say is you get what you pay for & if the deal seems to good to be true, then it is. You'll end up spending thousands over the purchase price buying from here, save your money & go to Joe Cooper's Auto Credit. They have great cars & will split your down payment to help you out if you don't have it all, along with easy financing to build your credit. Jamie was great to work with, he will work hard for you.
