I visited the Honda Service Center yesterday, and Jay helped me. I am always thankful for Jay because he is consistently kind, helpful, and professional. His support is something I truly appreciate every time I visit. I also want to thank Cecil. When I first came to Norman, he was very helpful and made me feel welcomed and supported. I still remember and appreciate his kindness. Thank you both, Jay and Cecil, for your excellent customer service.

Fowler's service department is great! I purchased my vehicle in Edmond but live closer to Norman and have taken it there for service when needed. I have recently had issues with my transmission and took my vehicle in on a Saturday with no appointment and they looked at it and came up with a game plan. I was notified on Monday that they assigned me a loaner vehicle and my vehicle was still under powertrain warranty. I love that they have stayed in contact with me and I know what is going on in this process.

The Fowler Honda Norman team was very helpful and helping me find the vehicle. This is the BEST Honda Dealer EVER and it is so worth driving from Tecumseh to Norman to get service here. My best friend Cheryl told me, before she passed away At the age of 75 in Michigan, where we are both from, to stop going to Firestone And to go to the Dealership. As usual, dear Cheryl was right. I sure miss talking to her but I still heed her advice. Thank you for your excellent service. I am mailing Bibles to the General Manager Mr. Jim Patch, his best Service Advisor, Luis Aragon de Galvez, who always has a big smile and positive attitude, and their best technician, Steve. I hope they enjoy these Bibles. I am sending them a note to keep the smaller ones in their Honda gloveboxes for protection. I bought a 2019 ram Laramie. Beautiful truck. Exactly what I was looking for. The check engine light came on as I was traveling back to Arkansas after purchasing the truck. This was in Sept of 2025. It is now April of 2026 and the truck has been in the shop more than it's been in my drive way. Its a constant one thing after another with major issues. I have spent about $10k working on this truck. That doesn't include what my GAP insurance has paid for. I paid $32k cash for this truck. It has been nothing but stress on me financially and having to find other means of transportation. Extremely unhappy.
